1. Laying the Groundwork with Branding
Branding helps lay the foundation for all other digital marketing tactics in your strategy. Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) partnered with Br8kthru to rebuild its foundation with branding and a brand awareness campaign.
Br8kthru conducted interviews with stakeholders to craft key messaging and identify market positioning for EMC. From there, Br8kthru and EMC collaborated to craft new branding elements. With these in place, EMC was able to accelerate its efforts with paid media, email, rich media, and more. These efforts resulted in a 31% increase in website traffic.

Br8kthru worked with this Global Fortune 500 Manufacturer to collaborate on a cohesive strategy emphasizing the foundation phase that set them up for success with acceleration and expansion.
Br8kthru and the Client started with the foundation phase, implementing HubSpot as a CRM. From there, Br8kthru leveraged existing content to create landing pages with forms to give visitors a place for general inquiries. The foundation stage led to a trackable marketing funnel for unique personas. By having this foundation active, the Client received a 176% increase in page views with orders for product samples increasing by 185%.
3. Accelerate Outreach with Email Marketing
Email marketing allows marketers to be more intentional with their outreach directly to prospects and current customers. Choosing the right email service provider (ESP) for your needs, setting it up correctly, and leveraging monthly campaigns can accelerate your outreach. You can continue to expand your email marketing program with items like automation and list segmentation.
Cargill Risk Management saw an increase in engagements, sales enablement, and revenue growth by accelerating its email marketing strategy. Direct email marketing results included a 45% email open rate and an 8.2% email click rate, and when expanding their email marketing efforts with automated email workflows, it received a 39% conversion rate from workflows.
4. Boost Conversions with Paid Media
Affinity Plus, a federal credit union, came to Br8kthru already utilizing paid media as an active part of their strategy. Its baseline needs were met, but the team wanted to accelerate their efforts.
To accelerate the paid media efforts, Br8kthru leveraged the seasonality of Affinity Plus’s products to segment ads with products that would garner the best results during specific times of the year. For example, boat loans perform better in the spring and summer. We also reintroduced programmatic ads to generate brand and product awareness outside of Microsoft and Google. These accelerated campaigns resulted in an 11% increase in conversion year-over-year for Google campaigns and a 12% increase in location listing views.
5. Expand Your Strategy with Chatbots
Live chat features allow you to connect with your customers 24/7. Chatbots allow you to leverage automation and AI to ensure that any inquiry your consumers have can be addressed in an instant. A tech services provider partnered with Br8kthru to leverage its chatbot to expand its website capabilities.
The chatbot served as a sales enablement tool that interacted with prospects, identified qualified leads, and resulted in more nurturing before a calendar meeting was scheduled with a sales representative. By leveraging high-intent pages on the website and using materials like messaging, personas, and competitive positioning, Br8kthru wrote 15 unique chatbot scripts. Br8kthru implemented these chatbots with if/then logic to help filter prospects based on the Client goals outlined above. With the evolution of AI, we could use the above documentation to train chatbots with natural language processing (NLP) to interpret user intent and provide the best answer for the customer's needs. The overall result was 87.6% of viewers were shown a chatbot when on the website. Chatbots are a great way to enhance your strategy, making sure your consumers’ needs and questions are addressed any time they visit your website.
